The Town Center district covers 819 acres of retail, offices and medical around the I-205 and Sunnyside Road interchange. The MAX Green Line ends next to the mall. Businesses nearby take on the mall's foot traffic, so how the lobby looks comes down to matting length and scrub frequency. Practices near Kaiser Sunnyside need logged touchpoint work and color-coded microfiber, and the crew gone before the first patient.

Day 0
We measure, count restrooms and fixtures, check floor types and ask what your last company kept getting wrong.
Week 1
A line-item scope with a frequency next to every task and one monthly number, month-to-month or locked for 12 months with a 30-day performance out and no cancellation fee.
Week 2
An assigned team that learns the building. If something is off, we respond the same day or next business day and re-clean it at no charge.
When something goes wrong, you call us, not a scheduler in another state. Everyone who enters your building is background-checked and SSN-verified, from a mix of W-2 employees and vetted 1099 subcontractors. Certificates of insurance go out before the first shift.

All of the 97015 area and the surrounding unincorporated county, from the Town Center district and Sunnybrook Boulevard to the industrial blocks off 82nd Drive and the Highway 212 frontage out to SE 135th. We also serve Happy Valley and Milwaukie.
Most of our Clackamas work happens between 6 p.m. and 5 a.m. Distribution buildings off Highway 212 get cleaned around the shift change, retail near Clackamas Town Center after the mall closes, and medical offices after the last patient leaves. You pick the window that doesn't interrupt your operation, and that is when your crew works.
Call or email and we respond the same day or next business day, then re-clean the area at no charge. If we miss a visit, or don't respond to a reported problem by the next business day and re-clean it free, you can end the contract on 30 days' written notice with no cancellation fee. We haven't missed a scheduled cleaning since 2020.
