Initial Walkthrough

We visit your facility in person. We don't provide quotes over the phone based on square footage alone. We need to see your space, understand your priorities, and identify any special requirements.

During the walkthrough, we'll ask about your biggest pain points with cleaning, any areas that need extra attention, and any concerns about chemicals, access, or scheduling.

Custom Cleaning Plan

We create a detailed cleaning plan specific to your facility. This includes:

  • Task-by-task checklist for your space
  • Frequency recommendations based on traffic and use
  • Recommended service schedule (daily, 3x weekly, weekly, etc.)
  • Equipment and supplies we'll use
  • Estimated time per cleaning

Team Introduction & Training

Before the first cleaning, we introduce you to your dedicated team. They walk through your facility with us to learn your priorities, ask questions, and understand any special protocols.

We cover access procedures, alarm codes, trash disposal, chemical storage, and any facility-specific requirements.

First 30 Days

The first month is a dialing-in period. We check in frequently to make sure service matches expectations. If adjustments are needed, we make them immediately.

After 30 days, we conduct a formal review: What's working? What needs adjustment? How can we improve?

Every facility receives a written Standard Operating Procedure — task-by-task, area-by-area. Your SOP is created during onboarding and updated quarterly. Teams follow it exactly, and any crew member can step in and maintain the same standard.

After every service, we generate a timestamped digital report: what was done, when it was completed, and any issues noted. Property managers can access service logs anytime — full transparency, zero guesswork.

QA Checklists & Random Inspections
